If the young person is the patient, it is important to always use the young person's personal identity number and follow the instructions during the visit. If the young person does not have a BankID, the parent can use their BankID to provide identification.
If the visit is by mistake made with the parent's personal identity number, both the visit and the prescription will be written in the parent's journal. This cannot be changed afterwards, so you will need to make a new visit with the correct personal identity number, i.e. the youth's personal identification number.
To be able to use the service themselves, the young person must be 16 years or older and have their own BankID.
