I have reached the high-cost protection (in Swedish "högkostnadsskydd") but I do not have any exemption card (in Swedish "frikort"), what should I do?

Several clinics are linked to the electronic exemption card ("e-frikort"), an electronic management of high-cost protection and exemption cards. It helps you keep track of your patient fees. Unfortunately, we are not yet connected to the electronic exemption card ("e-frikort"), but a receipt from us or a bank statement from your bank should be valid as a basis for a the exemption card ("frikort"). We cannot help you issue an exemption card ("frikort") either.

Please contact a physical healthcare clinic, they will help you issue an exemption card (in Swedish "frikort"). Bring receipts from us and other healthcare providers not linked to the electronic exemption card service (in Swedish "e-frikort") and they will register them.
